1-0-7 Barbell caters to powerlifting and highland games, but anyone committed to getting stronger is welcome.

Only expectation is you are available to train 3-4 times per week. No exceptions. We train the following days: Monday - Squat 7pm Wednesday - Bench Accessory 7pm Thursday - Deadlift 7pm Saturday - Bench 10 am
